机械磨削联合微针导入重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子和基因重组人表皮生长因子促进创面愈合的临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨机械磨削联合微针导入重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhaFGF)和基因重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)促进创面愈合的临床效果.方法 2010年4月-2011年9月表浅瘢痕患者60例,随机分为试验组、对照组和空白对照组,每组20例.试验组采用机械磨削联合微针导入rhaFGF和rhEGF,对照组采用机械磨削联合外涂rhaFGF及rhEGF,空白对照组采用机械磨削.研究三组创面愈合时间.结果试验组平均创面愈合时间(9.35±0.87)d,对照组(10.02±0.96)d,空白对照组(10.66±1.02)d,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中试验组平均创面愈合时间较对照组和空白对照组均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组平均创面愈合时间较空白对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 机械磨削联合微针导入rhaFGF和rhEGF可促进创面愈合,缩短了创面愈合时间,提高了愈合质量.%To investigate the clinical efficacy of full - face dermabrasion combined with micro - needle importing rhaFGF and rhEGF in promoting wound healing. Methods 60 patients with superficial scar admitted from April 2010 to September 2011 were randomly divided into experiment group, control group and blank control group, with each group 20 cases. The experiment group was given mechanical grinding combined with micro - needle importing rhaFGF and rhEGF. While the control group was given mechanical grinding combined with coating rhaFGF and rhEGF. The blank control group was only given mechanical grinding. The wound healing time of the three groups was studied. Results The average healing time was ( 9. 35 ± 0. 87 ) d in experiment group, ( 10. 02 ± 0. 96) d in control group and ( 10. 66 ± 1. 02 ) d in blank control group, and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . The average healing time of experiment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group and blank control group ( P < 0. 05 ), and the average healing time of control group was significantly shorter than that of the blank control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Full - face dermabrasion combined with micro -needle importing rhaFGF and rhEGF can promote wound healing, shorten healing time and improve the quality of healing.
