性别差异对肺癌患者术后生活质量的影响研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the differences in quality of life ( QoL ) between men and women after lung surgery. Methods A total of 145 patients ( 84 men and 61 women ) after surgery for lung cancer participated in the study. Their QoL was assessed by the Chinese version of EORTC QLQ - C30 scales and EORTC QLQ - LC13 scales. Results Women had significantly worse QoL in terms of physical functions, emotional functions, hair loss, and pain score. Nevertheless, the global health and other items showed no significant differences between women and men. Conclusion Gender can affect the QoL of patients after surgery for lung cancer. We should pay more attention to those aspects in clinical nursing work in order to improve the quality of life.%目的 探讨性别差异对肺癌患者术后生活质量的影响.方法利用EORTC QLQ-C30和EORTC QLQ-LC13量表对145例(男84例,女61例)完成手术治疗的肺癌患者进行问卷调查.结果 女性患者的情绪功能得分(P=0.012)、躯体功能得分(P=0.011)、疼痛得分(P=0.043)显著低于男性患者,脱发评分(P=0.018)显著高于男性,整体生活质量和其他条目差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 性别对肺癌患者术后生活质量的躯体功能、情绪功能,疼痛和脱发有显著影响,临床护理工作中应重点关注,采取相应的干预措施,提高患者生活质量.
