Objective To understand the satisfaction of rural doctors about the existing electronic health records ( EHR ) and its impact factors so as to provide a factual basis for further promotion and application of EHR in rural areas. Methods In March 2012 a random sampling was taken to choose 100 rural doctors from Chongyi County as respondents, they were asked to fill out in a questionnaire " The survey of rural doctors'satisfaction about EHR in Chongyi County" designed by the project group. The results were treated by descriptive statistical analysis. Results The satisfaction score of 100 rural doctors was 51 to 100, with an average score of ( 73 ± 13 ). The satisfaction on user interface of EHR was the best, with a percentage of 69. 0% ; while the satisfaction about the integration situation between EHR and the hospital information systems ( HIS ) and the new rural cooperative medical system was the worst, the percentage was 56. 0% and 58. 0% respectively. In the terms of impact factors, 70. 0% and 68. 0% of the rural doctors respectively held that EHR could improve the environment and the quality of work, but 40. 0% still believed that EHR increased their workload. Conclusion Overall satisfaction of rural doctors about EHR was higher, the positive impact from EHR has gradually played a role, but part of the content of EHR still needs to be further improved.%目的 了解乡村医生对现行电子健康档案的满意度及其影响因素,为进一步促进电子健康档案在农村地区的应用提供事实依据.方法 于2012年3月采用简单随机抽样的方法从崇义县随机抽取100名乡村医生作为调查对象,填写课题组自制的<崇义县乡村医生电子健康档案使用满意度调查表>,所得结果进行描述性统计分析.结果 100名村医满意度得分为51～100分,平均(73±13)分.对电子健康档案的操作界面满意度最高,为69.0%(69/100);对电子健康档案与医院信息系统(HIS)和新农合系统的整合情况满意度最差,分别为56.0%(56/100)和58.0%(58/100).在影响因素方面,分别有70.0%(70/100)和68.0%(68/100)的村医认为电子健康档案能改善医疗环境和提高工作质量,但仍有40.0%(40/100)村医认为电子健康档案增加了他们的工作量.结论 村医对电子健康档案的整体满意度较高,电子健康档案给村医带来的积极影响正逐步发挥作用,但是电子健康档案仍有部分内容需进一步完善.
