老年人舒张性心力衰竭的诊疗进展

摘要

舒张性心力衰竭（DHF）是指心室舒张期松弛异常和充盈压升高导致的肺循环和/或体循环淤血的临床综合征，多发生于老年人群，尤其是女性，是一种与增龄有关的心脏疾病，病死率和致残率较高。现有的临床及试验研究对其认识尚不十分明确，致使 DHF 患者的预后和生存质量得不到有效改善。本文就 DHF 的发病机制、辅助检查、诊断及治疗进行综述，以期指明 DHF 的研究方向。%Diastolic heart failure( DHF)refers to a clinical syndrome of blood extravasating in the pulmonary circulation and/ or the systemic circulation caused by abnormal relaxation and filling pressure during ventricular diastolic period, and normally occurs in elderly people especially females. It is a cardiac disease associated with higher age,bringing high case fatality rate and disability rate. No clear understanding of the disease has been made by clinical and experimental study,which makes it hard to improve the poor prognosis and quality of life of diastolic heart failure patients. The paper made a review of the pathogenesis,auxiliary examination,diagnosis and treatment of the disease,in order to suggest future research prospects for DHF.
