We analyzed the fundamental causes of medical disputes in China from the aspects of hospital management system,social security system and medical resources allocation system,media report,legal system related to treat medical disputes,medical ethics and social morality,status of doctors and patients,and doctor-patient communication based on the analysis of "WEI Ze-xi Event" and "CHEN Zhong-wei Case",then put forward the solutions to these causes,such as improving the medial system,formulating and enacting the supporting medial measures,establishing professional medical accident appraisal institutions independent from the state administration system,strengthening the doctor-patient trust by good oral communication,and correctly guiding the public opinion by the internet and mass media.%为了解医患纠纷产生的根本原因,本文以"魏则西事件""陈仲伟案"为切入点,分别从社会、环境及个体3个方面对医患纠纷的成因进行分析.并提出相应解决措施,包括:完善医疗制度,出台医疗配套措施;独立于行政体系,创立具有专业学识性医疗事件专项审查机构;使用"语言处方",加强医患信任;发挥互联网和传媒体系的正确舆论导向作用.
