贫血是肿瘤患者常见的并发症,而铁缺乏是其最常见的病因之一.本文对欧洲肿瘤及血液学专家组2017年发布的《成年癌症患者铁缺乏的管理意见书》进行了解读,并与国内外肿瘤相关贫血指南、既往文献进行对比与总结,重点强调:应在癌症患者中早期定期评估和监测铁参数,早期识别和治疗贫血,以促红细胞生成类药物和铁剂补充作为绝对性铁缺乏和功能性缺铁的治疗基石,减少不必要的输血.%Anemia is commonly seen in cancer patients, which is often caused by iron deficiency. We interpreted Position Paper on Management of Iron Deficiency in Adult Cancer Patients published in 2017 by a panel of European oncologists and hematologists, and comparatively studied the contents of it and domestic and overseas guidelines and literature about cancer-related anemia. Based on this, we presented the following key points:iron parameters in cancer patients should be evaluated and monitored as early and regularly as possible; cancer-related anemia should be identified and treated as early as possible; instead of blood transfusion, administration of erythropoietin-stimulating agents and iron is the cornerstone for treating absolute iron deficiency and functional iron deficiency.
