互动式孕晚期护理干预改善产妇产时认知能力及分娩结局的效果

             

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the effect of interactive nursing inter-vention in third trimester of pregnancy for improving cognitive ability and maternal outcomes of puerpera when production.Methods:A total of 148 cases of maternal receiving regular check were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group,74 cases in each.lying in women in control group received regular check ups and pregnancy guidance,lying in women in observation group received the hospital organized interactive nursing intervention in third trimester in addition to regular check ups and pregnancy guide,The maternal cognitive ability,mode of delivery and postpartum hemorrhage 24 h were compared and analyzed between both groups.Results:The cognitive scores of maternal in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05 );the a-mount of bleeding in postpartum 24 h in observation group was less than that in control group (P <0.05);childbirth rate in observation group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion:The implementation of ma-ternal interactive nursing intervention can improve cognitive ability of maternal when productivity,and it played a role in improving birth out-comes,and also can reduce postpartum hemorrhage amount.%[目的]评价互动式孕晚期护理干预改善产妇产时认知行为能力及分娩结局的效果。[方法]将148例定期产检的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各74例,对照组产妇进行常规产检及孕期指导,观察组产妇除了进行常规产检以及孕期指导外,在孕产晚期接受医院组织的互动式孕晚期护理干预,对两组产妇的产时认知能力、分娩方式及产后24 h 出血量进行对比分析。[结果]观察组产妇的认知能力评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组产妇产后24 h 出血量少于对照组(P <0.05);观察组产妇自然分娩率高于对照组。[结论]对产妇实施互动式护理干预可提高产妇产时认知能力、对分娩结局起一定的改善作用,还可减少产后出血量。
