护理层级模式在急诊救治中的应用

摘要

[目的]探讨护理层级模式在急诊护理的应用价值及效果分析，为急诊救治护理提供参考。[方法]选择急诊科32名护士实施护理层级模式，即“护士长护理组长高级责任护士初级责任护士”的管理模式，在急诊救治中实施应用，观察管理实施前后的效果，并比较护理质量与病人满意度。[结果]实施后，发现急诊科的护理质量、护理满意度均要明显优于实施前，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在医院急诊救治中实行护理层级模式管理，能够有效规范护理工作，保障临床护理服务质量。%Obj ective:To probe into the application value of nursing hierar-chical model and effect analysis,so as to provide reference for emergency treatment care.Methods:The nursing hierarchical model was implemented for a total of 32 nurses in emergency department,that “head nurses nurs-ing leader senior responsibility of nurses primary responsibility of nur-ses”management mode was implemented and applied in the emergency treatment,to observe the effect before and after implementation of the man-agement,and to compare the quality of care and patients’satisfaction.Re-sults:After implementation,we found that the emergency nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than that before imple-mentation,and there were statistically significant differences(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Nursing hierarchical model management was implemented in e-mergency treatment in China,which can effectively regulate nursing work, ensure the quality of clinical nursing service.
