封闭式负压引流治疗皮肤缺损的效果分析及其护理

摘要

[目的]探讨封闭式负压引流(VSD)治疗皮肤缺损的效果及其相应护理措施。[方法]随机选取116例皮肤缺损病人，将其分为观察组60例，采用封闭式负压引流治疗，对照组56例采用传统换药治疗，比较两组病人的疗效与探讨 VSD术前术后的护理措施。[结果]观察组病人引流通畅，感染得到有效控制，肉芽组织生长良好，无不良反应发生；观察组治疗有效率高达95%，显著高于对照组(53.57%)(P<0.05)；观察组病人换药次数、抗生素使用天数、肉芽组织生长时间、创面封闭时间与住院时间均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组 VAS评分显著低于对照组与治疗前(均P<0.05)。[结论]封闭式负压引流治疗皮肤缺损效果显著，配合以全方位的护理措施可加快皮肤缺损的愈合。%Obj ective:To probe into the effect of VSD for the treatment of skin defect and its corresponding nursing measures.Methods:A total of 1 1 6 patients with skin defect were selected and divided into two groups randomly,the VSD was adopted for patients in observation group (n=60),patients in control group (n=56)were treated with conventional dressing treatment,curative effect were compared and to probe into the nursing measures before and after VSD.Results:In observation group, drainage was unobstructed,infection was effectively controlled and gran-ulation tissue grew well and no bad reaction occurred;efficiency in obser-vation group was as high as 9 5%,which was significantly higher than that in control group (53.57%)(P< 0.05);dressing,antibiotics days, granulation tissue growth time,wound closed time and hospital stay of patients in observation group were significantly lower than that in con-trol group (all P< 0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in observation group is significantly lower than that in control group and before treat-ment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of VSD is remarkable for skin defect,and it cooperated with comprehensive nursing measures will speed up the healing of skin defect.
