复方吴茱萸散贴敷涌泉穴治疗雪口病的疗效观察

摘要

[目的]观察复方吴茱萸散贴敷涌泉穴治疗雪口病的临床疗效。[方法]将84例雪口病患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。两组患儿治疗前均使用2%碳酸氢钠溶液清洗口腔，对照组患儿局部涂抹制霉菌鱼肝油混悬液，观察组采用复方吴茱萸散贴敷患儿涌泉穴进行治疗，比较两组患儿临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。[结果]观察组总有效率为95.24%，明显高于对照组的80.95%，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；观察组患儿出现呕吐、腹泻、流涎、哭闹不安等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。[结论]复方吴茱萸散贴敷涌泉穴治疗雪口病疗效确切、操作方便、小儿易配合、安全性高、依从性好。%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of compound evodia rutaecarpa powder sticking yongquan point in treatment of moniliasis white mouth.Methods:A total of 84 children with moniliasis white mouth were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each.The children of two groups used 2% sodium bicarbonate solution to rinse the mouth before treatment,then the children in control group smeared the cod liver oil nystatin suspension locally,while children in the observation group were treated with compound evodia rutaecarpa powder sticking yongquan point.Compared the clinical curative effect and incidence of adverse reaction of children in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than the 80.95% of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).The incidence rate of vomiting,diarrhea, salivation,crying and other adverse reactions of children in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The compound evodia rutaecarpa powder sticking yongquan point in treatment of moniliasis white mouth has the advantages of better curative effect,convenient operation,easy for children,high safety and better compliance.
