失禁性皮炎护理的新进展

摘要

It introduced the risk factors,assessment tools and skin protection of patients with incontinence der-matitis,it pointed out that IAD is a common problem in patients with incontinence ,but IAD did not attract e-nough attention in clinic;nurses should strengthen IAD related knowledge learning and improve IAD preven-tion awareness.The research has confirmed the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of different interventions for the prevention of IAD,while a large sample amount of study will be carried out for common skin protection products and their use security,so as to illustrate the effect of various skin protection agents in the prevention and treatment of IAD;continue to explore effective skin protection methods,providing evidence based for pre-vention and treatment of clinical IAD patients.%介绍失禁性皮炎(IAD)的危险因素、评估工具、皮肤保护，指出 IAD 是大小便失禁病人普遍存在的问题，但是临床上对 IAD 并没有引起足够的重视，护理人员应加强 IAD 相关知识学习，提高 IAD 的预防意识；研究确认不同干预措施对预防 IAD 的有效性和成本效益，同时要对常用皮肤保护产品及使用安全性进行大样本量研究，以阐明各种皮肤保护剂在预防和治疗 IAD 中的作用[1622]；不断探索有效的皮肤保护方法，为临床 IAD 的预防和治疗提供循证依据。
