118例年轻宫颈癌病人围术期强化心理护理干预临床分析

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical effect of perioperative strengthening psychological nursing interven-tion for 1 18 cases of young cervical cancer patients.Methods:A total of 1 18 cases of young cervical cancer pa-tients were collected in our hospital,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the different methods of perioperative nursing,patients in control group received the routine nursing care,pa-tients in observation group received the strengthening psychological nursing,through the anxiety scale SAS and SDS depression scale score for the patients to compare and analyze the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results The postoperative SAS score,SDS score and nursing satisfaction of the patients in observation group were better than that in control group (P <0.05).Good quality of life and sexual life normal rate after discharge 3 months,6 months,12 monthsχ2 =18.821,13.917,13.388,13.588,17.641,14.104,P <0.05,and the differ-ence was statistically significant.Conclusion:Strengthening psychological nursing can effectively relieve the neg-ative psychological moods including depression and anxiety,promoting the surgery and postoperative recovery and improve the quality of life of the patients.%[目的]研究年轻宫颈癌病人围术期强化心理护理干预的临床效果。[方法]收集本院118例年轻宫颈癌病人展开研究，将其按照围术期护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组，对照组病人行常规护理，观察组病人行强化心理护理，通过对病人行焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分，对比分析两组病人的护理效果。[结果]观察组病人术后 SAS 评分、SDS 评分及护理满意度均优于对照组(P <0.05)，两组生活质量良好率及性生活正常率在出院后3个月、6个月、12个月比较，差异均有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)。[结论]强化心理护理可有效缓解病人抑郁、焦虑等负面心理情绪，促进手术的进行和术后病人的恢复，提高病人的生活质量。
