心理干预对乳腺癌术后并发抑郁症病人生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the influence of psychological intervention on quality of life of breast cancer pa-tients complicated with postoperative depression.Methods:A total of 63 cases of breast cancer patients compli-cated with postoperative depression were randomly divided into control group (31 cases)and experimental group (32 cases).The patients in control group were treated with conventional care,the patients in experimental group were given psychological intervention based on conventional care,then to evaluate the patients’quality of life in initial(For the first time after the diagnosis of depression)and at the end of third month after psychologi-cal intervention by using FACT B.Results:The total score and each domain score of FACT B of patients in experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.01).Conclusion:Psychological in-tervention based on conventional nursing on breast cancer patients complicated with postoperative depression could effectively improve the patients’quality of life.%[目的]观察心理干预对乳腺癌术后并发抑郁症病人生活质量的影响。[方法]将63例乳腺癌术后并发抑郁症病人随机分为对照组31例和观察组32例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上采用心理干预措施。初始(诊断为抑郁症后第1次)和3个月末采用乳腺癌生活质量测评量表(FACT B)评价病人的生活质量。[结果]观察组病人第3个月末 FACT B 总分和各领域评分分值均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。[结论]对乳腺癌术后并发抑郁症病人在常规护理的基础上采用心理干预能有效提高病人的生活质量。
