体位护理联合心理干预对无痛胃镜检查效果的影响评价

摘要

[目的]探讨检查体位对无痛胃镜检查效果的影响。[方法]将114例病例随机分为观察组60例和对照组54例，观察组采用改进后的检查体位，对照组采用常规检查体位。比较两组倾倒发生率、进镜情况、呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度及满意度。[结果]观察组麻醉后维持原体位的比例明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。不同体位对无痛胃镜进镜的影响无统计学意义(P >0.05)。两组病人心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度等指标比较差异无统计学意义(均 P >0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。[结论]体位护理联合心理干预可以降低无痛胃镜麻醉后倾倒的风险，提高病人依从性。%Objective:To probe into the influence of body position on effect of painless gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 1 14 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group with 60 patients used the improved inspection position;Control group with 54 cases used routine inspection position.The incidence of dumping,into gastroscopy,breathing,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation and satisfaction of patients were compared between both groups.Results:The proportion of maintaining the original position after anesthesia in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01 ). There was not statistically significant in the influence of different positions on into painless gastroscopy between both groups (P >0.05).There was statistically significant difference in heart rate,respiration and oxygen satu-ration of patients between both groups (P <0.01 ).Satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Body position nursing combined with psychological intervention can re-duce the risk of dumping after anesthesia during painless gastroscope and improve patients’compliance.
