我国喉癌病人术后心理问题及原因分析的循证研究

摘要

Objective:To systematically evaluate the related research results of psychological problems of laryn-geal carcinoma patients in China and provide the evidences for clinical nursing.Methods:Retrieving CNKI,Wan-fang,VIP and other electronic databases and screening the literatures that met the inclusion criteria,data extrac-tion forms was designed referring to the PICO principle.Results:Eight literatures were included,the research showed that the postoperative anxiety and depression of laryngeal carcinoma patients were higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The appearance change and physiologi-cal dysfunction factors had higher weights.Conclusion:The main postoperative psychological problems of laryn-geal carcinoma patients are anxiety and depression and their reasons are complicated.The quality of literatures is not high,and the psychological assessment tools are diversified,therefore high quality and standardized resear-ches are needed to confirm.%[目的]系统评价我国喉癌病人心理问题相关研究成果，为临床护理提供证据。[方法]检索 CNKI、万方、维普等电子数据库并筛选出符合纳入标准的文献，参照 PICO 原则设计资料提取表格。[结果]纳入8篇文献，研究显示，喉癌病人术后焦虑、抑郁情绪高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；其中容貌改变、生理功能障碍影响因素权重较高。[结论]喉癌病人术后心理问题以焦虑、抑郁为主及原因复杂化，文献研究质量不高，心理评估工具多样化，因此有待高质量规范化研究予以证实。
