贵州省手术室护士对深静脉血栓形成认知现状及培训需求的调查

摘要

[目的]调查贵州省手术室护士对深静脉血栓(DVT)危险因素、病因等认识程度及培训需要.[方法]对贵州省150名手术室护士开展DVT相关知识认识程度及培训需要的问卷调查.[结果]手术室护士对DVT危险因素、病因等的认识程度处于中等水平;99.3%的手术室护士认为在工作中应加强护士的风险意识,全面评估手术病人DVT危险因素,尽早采取正确的DVT预防措施.[结论]手术室护士对DVT危险因素、病因等的认识程度有待进一步提高;对手术室护士应开展理念先进、形式新颖、多样、内容丰富、有针对性地指导与培训.%Objective:To investigate the cognition level of operation room nurses on risk factors and etiology of deep vein thrombosis in Guizhou province and its training demand.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 150 operation room nurses in Guizhou province about DVT related knowledge and training needs.Results:The cognition extent of operation room nurses on DVT risk factors and etiology was at the middle level.99.3% of the nurses in operation room thought that we should strengthen nurses' risk awareness,comprehensively assess the risk factors of DVT patients and take preventive correct measures of DVT as soon as possible.Conclusion:The cognition extent of operation room nurses on DVT risk factors and etiology needs to be further improved;the operation room nurses should carry out advanced concepts,novel form,diversity,rich in content,targeted guidance and training.
