腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的疗效分析

摘要

Objective:Toobservetheclinicalcurativeeffectoflaparoscopycombinedwithcholedochoscopyintreatmentofcholelithiasisandcholedocholithiasis.Methods:Thegallbladderandbileductstonesin72patientswererandomlydividedintotwogroups,treatmentgroupweretreatedbylaparoscopycombinedwithcholedochoscopy,thecontrolgroupusingconventionalopenoperationanditsefficacyandpatientrecoveryspeedwerecompared.Results:Thestonewereallsuccessfultookoutintwogroups.Theoperationtime,bleedingvolumeinoperationtime,postoperativepain,analexhausttime,hospitalstayinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopycombinedwithcholedochoscopyforcommonbileductstonecomplicatedwithgoodcurativeeffect,fastrecovery.%　　目的：观察腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床疗效.方法：将胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者72例随机分为两组，治疗组采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗，对照组采用常规开腹手术，并对两组疗效及患者术后恢复时间进行比较.结果：两组均全部取石成功，治疗组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后结石残余例数、肛门排气时间、住院时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论：腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石疗效好，患者恢复快.
