加强护理管理,减少院内感染的发生

摘要

目的：探索护理管理在降低院内感染中的效果.方法：采用回顾性研究方法,比较两肝病科室自2006-2010年医院内感染的变化情况.结果：两组呼吸道感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(字2=16.05,P<0.01)；两组胃肠道感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(字2=10.64,P<0.01)；两组总感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(字2=41.70,P<0.01).结论：加强护理管理能有效控制院内感染的发生.%　　Objective :To discuss nursing management improvement to reduce the hospital infection.Methods :Compare the change of the nosocomial infection between two liver disease department from 2006-2010 by retrospective observation method.Results :The difference of respiratory tract infection rate between two groups was statistically significant(x²==16.05,P<0.01).The difference of gastrointestinal tract infection rate between two groups was statistically significant(x²==10.64,P<0.01).The difference of total infection rate between two groups was statistically significant(x²=41.70,P<0.01).Conclusion :The nursing management improvement can reduce the hospital infection.
