人工硬脑膜在去大骨瓣减压术治疗重症颅脑损伤中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the application of large trauma and artificial dural in traumatic brain injury surgery.Method:43 patients with artificial dural in traumatic brain injury surgery were analysed retrospectively,from January 2010 to June 2013.Result:1 patient died of acute high intracranial pressure, more than 42 cases of survival.Evaluation of 1 to six months after GOS:7 cases(16.2%) were cured,mild disability in 12 cases(27.9%),moderate disability in 15 cases(34.8%),severe disability in 5 cases(11.6%),3 cases(7%) of vegetative state,1 case(2.3%) was death.The 40 survivors were followed up,no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Artificial dural repairingcom is safe and effective in large trauma brain injury surgery,It is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨大骨瓣结合人工硬脑膜修补术治疗重症颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析本院自2010年1月-2013年6月收治的43例重症颅脑损伤患者的临床资料，总结手术经验，应用GOS预后评估法对患者术后1个月至半年效果进行评价。结果：1例患者因急性高颅压而死亡，余42例存活。术后1个月至半年内GOS评估：痊愈7例(16.2%)，轻残12例(27.9%)，中残15例(34.8%)，重残5例(11.6%)，植物状态3例(7.0%)，死亡1例(2.3%)。其中40例存活者得到长期随访，无明显不良反应。结论：大骨瓣减压结合人工硬脑膜修补术治疗重症颅脑损伤疗效可靠，值得临床推广应用。
