癫痫部分性发作误诊为精神疾病16例临床分析

摘要

目的：分析部分性发作误诊为精神疾病的原因。方法：对2006-2011年会诊和收住笔者所在医院误诊为精神疾病的部分性发作16例患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：诊断为单纯部分性发作10例，复杂部分性发作6例。结论：误诊的原因是由于部分性发作的临床表现形式复杂多样，发生的部位易产生精神症状，并表现为一些躯体疾病的症状，容易混肴。掌握部分性发作的表现形式，结合病史、发病年龄、患者的体验感受、辅助检查、动态脑电图，有助于减少误诊。%Objective:To evaluate the cause of partial seizures misdiagnosed as mental illness.Method:Retrospective analysis was performed among 16 cases with partial seizures which be misdiagnosis as mental illness from 2006 to 2011 in our hospitalized or consultation patients.Result:We found that simple partial seizure in 10 cases and complex partial seizures in 6 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion:The following reasons for misdiagnosis were inferred:partial seizures has diverse clinical manifestations;The epileptogenic zone not only tending to induce psychiatric symptoms but also lead to physical ailment manifested;so easily to be confused with each other.To grasp the clinical manifestations of partial seizure,combined the patients experienced signs and symptoms and their case history,onset age,relevant auxiliary examinations,especially AEEG,can reduce the misdiagnosis.
