雷莫司琼联合地塞米松预防化疗引起呕吐的疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical analysis of ramosetron with dexamethasone in preventing chemotherapy-induced vomiting.Methods:Patients with chemotherapy in the treatment of extraction in 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group in the author’s hospital,patients in the observation group using ramosetron and dexamethasone combined therapy,patients in the control group the use of metoclopramide and dexamethasone combined therapy.Results:The observation group patients to relieve nausea and vomiting was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Due to chemotherapy vomiting patients using ramosetron combined with dexamethasone treatment,can effectively ease the nausea and vomiting.%　　目的：观察分析雷莫司琼与地塞米松联合预防化疗所引起呕吐的临床疗效。方法：从妇科进行化疗治疗引起呕吐的患者中抽取60例，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组患者使用雷莫司琼与地塞米松进行联合治疗，对照组患者使用甲氧氯普安与地塞米松进行联合治疗，对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的恶心与呕吐缓解程度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对化疗所引起的呕吐患者使用雷莫司琼与地塞米松联合治疗，能够有效的缓解恶心、呕吐，具有更为理想的临床预防作用。
