儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征手术前后生活质量调查

摘要

Objective:To investigate the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome on the quality of life of children,analysis the surgical treatment quality of life before and after the change.Methods:OSA-18 score and PSG objective monitoring of the quality of life of children in the evaluation before and after surgery.Results:Postoperative children AHI,lowest oxygen,the longest pause time,pause index,hypopnea index compared with before surgery were significantly improved(P<0.05);children with postoperative OSA-18 questionnaire score (51.03±22.78) was significantly lower than the preoperative (87.43±23.71)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children seriously affect the quality of life of children with OSAHS,operation therapy can significantly improve the quality of life of children with,OSA-18 score and PSG detection can provide objective evaluation of clinical efficacy.%　　目的：探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征对患儿生活质量的影响,分析手术治疗前后生活质量的变化.方法：通过OSA-18评分与PSG客观监测评价手术前后患儿的生活质量.结果：术后患儿的AHI、最低血氧、最长暂停时间、暂停指数、低通气指数与手术前比较均有显著改善(P<0.05)；患儿术后OSA-18调查表评分(51.03±22.78)分,显著低于术前(87.43±23.71)分(P<0.05).结论：儿童OSAHS严重影响患儿的生活质量,手术治疗可显著提高患儿生活质量,OSA-18评分与PSG检测可为临床疗效提供客观的评价.
