肺癌介入治疗的临床观察与护理

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of interventional treatment on lung cancer and nursing methods.Methods:A total of 40 patients who were admitted to our hospital for vascular interventional therapy for peri operation period and comprehensive care,was observed after treatment and nursing care of post treatment effect.Results:After interventional therapy and nursing of 21 cases after treatment the symptoms alleviated,accounted for 52.5%,17 patients symptom relief,accounted for 42.5%,2 cases ineffective,accounted for 5.0%.Conclusion:The interventional therapy for lung cancer have better clinical effects interventional method,easy to cause gastrointestinal reaction in patients,medical staff through all aspects of care can be very good to avoid the patient for treatment of adverse reaction caused by interventional therapy combined with nursing,therapy for the patients with lung cancer may ease the symptoms of patients, disease control,worthy of clinical application and use.%　　目的：观察分析肺癌介入治疗的临床疗效以及护理方法.方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的共40例进行血管介入法治疗以及围手术期全面护理的患者为观察对象,总结治疗与护理后的效果.结果：经过介入法与护理治疗后21例症状明显缓解,占52.5%,17例症状缓解,占42.5%,2例无效,占5.0%.结论：介入法治疗肺癌有较好的临床效果,介入法易引起患者胃肠道反应,医护人员经过全方面护理后可很好的避免患者因治疗产生的不良反应,介入治疗联合护理治疗用于肺癌患者可以很好的缓解患者症状,控制病情,值得临床推广与使用.
