血液透析患者生存质量调查及危险因素研究分析

摘要

目的：探讨血液透析患者生存质量及危险因素.方法：选择笔者所在医院2010年10月-2011年10月收治的血液透析患者100例，采用肾脏终末期疾病透析患者调查表对所有患者进行调查，对危险因素及生存质量加以探讨.结果：血液透析患者的肾病影响、肾病负担、工作状况、认知功能以及睡眠质量的等各个维度的得分明显比常模低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).所有患者共100例次感染，肺部感染45例次，血管通路40例次，肠道感染10例次，其他5例次.结论：全面分析影响患者生活质量的各种影响因素，并且做出相应的改善，从而全方位的提高患者的生活质量.%Objective:To investigate the quality of life in hemodialysis patients and related risk factors.Methods:100 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were selected,all patients filled in the questionnaire about the end-stage disease kidney dialysis patients on risk factors and life quality.Results:The score of nephrotic influence,nephrotic burden,work status,cognitive function and quality of sleep in various dimensions were little than the general population(P<0.01).There were 100 cases with infection,pulmonary infection in 45 cases,vascular access in 40 patients,10 cases of intestinal infection,the other 5 cases.Conclusion:To comprehensive analyse the various kinds of influence factors and make corresponding improvement in order to all-around improve patients’quality of life.
