浅谈惠州市住院老年患者焦虑抑郁倾向的影响因素及心理干预

摘要

Objective:To investigate and analyze the psychological nursing intervention on the impact of Elderly patients who with depression of the elderly. Methods:The hospital from May 2009 to December 2011,receive 60 cases of elderly patients with depression.Them were randomly divided into psychological care and usual care group.After 8 weeks,test the depression treatment of elderly patients by the Hamilton Depression form and quality of life assessment questionnaire, analysis of quality of life assessment.Results:Clinical Comparison of the shows the total effective psychological care group was 93.33% significantly higher than the usual care group’s 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:With psychological care and intervention,the depression in elderly patients,be beneficial to them recovery,so that patients actively cooperate with medical treatment,can help improve patients’ quality of life.%　　目的：探讨并分析心理护理干预对惠州市老年住院患者焦虑抑郁的影响.方法：选取2009年5月-2011年12月笔者所在医院接收60例的住院老年患者中焦虑抑郁患者，将其随机分为心理护理干预组以及常规护理组，对其进行8周观察，之后使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和生活质量评定问卷对住院老年患者焦虑抑郁患者的治疗效果以及生活质量进行分析评定.结果：临床疗效比较显示心理护理干预组总有效率为93.33%，明显高于常规护理组的73.33%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：对住院老年焦虑抑郁患者进行心理护理干预，有利于病情缓解，使患者积极配合医护人员的治疗，有助于改善患者的生活质量.
