痰热清治疗婴幼儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效

摘要

目的：观察探讨痰热清治疗婴幼儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效，总结其临床治疗经验及临床意义.方法：选取2006年1月-2012年6月支原体肺炎的婴幼儿84例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各42例，对照组常规使用阿奇霉素治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗，观察对比两组患儿的临床疗效.结果：观察组发生不良反应1例(轻度恶心呕吐1例，无需特殊处理，可自行缓解)，总有效率为95.3%；对照组发生不良反应5例(轻度恶心呕吐3例，无需特殊处理，可自行缓解；腹泻2例，给予微生态制剂对症治疗后缓解)，总有效率为78.6%，两组患儿的治疗效果及治疗期间不良反应发生率对比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组咳嗽、发热症状改善时间与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：在常规阿奇霉素治疗的基础上联合痰热清治疗婴幼儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效显著，明显优于阿奇霉素单纯用药，且能够显著缩短咳嗽、发热的临床症状改善时间，减少阿奇霉素单纯使用的不良反应，提高临床疗效，具有重要的临床应用价值.%Objective:To observe of clinical curative effect of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of infantile mycoplasma pneumonia,to sum up the clinical treatment experience and the clinical significance. Methods:From January 2006 to June 2012 84 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in infants and young children,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group,the routine use of azithromycin treatment was given to the control,the observation group was given Tanreqing injection based on the treatment of the control group. Results:One case occurred adverse drug reactions ( mild nausea and vomiting in 1 cases,without special treatment,and relieve itself ) in the observation group,and the total effective rate was 95.3%;Five cases occurred adverse drug reactions ( mild nausea and vomiting in 3 cases,without special treatment,and relieve itself;in 2 cases of diarrhea robotics,given after symptomatic treatment remission) in the control group,and the total efficiency of 78.6%,the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were no found differences(P<0.05);there was significant difference cough,and fever improved time in the observation group compared with the control group and ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion:Tanreqing injection based on the combination of conventional azithromycin treatment in the treatment of infantile mycoplasma pneumonia show obvious clinical curative effect,superior to chemotherapy alone azithromycin,and can significantly reduce the cough,fever clinical symptoms improved time,reduce the adverse reaction of azithromycin alone,improve clinical curative effect,which has important value in clinical application.
