1~7岁儿童反复呼吸道感染相关因素研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the influence factors of recurrent respiratory infections among 1-7 years old children.Methods:254 recurrent respiratory infections patients were selected in our hospital,and choice 200 healthy children for control group,compare two groups each factor differences.Results:The observation groups’ family income ≥ 5000 was 50.8%,significantly higher than control groups’28.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation groups’ preterm,breastfeeding,asthma,partial eclipse,secondhand smoke and overuse of antibiotics were statistically significant different with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1-7 years old children occur recurrent respiratory infections is the consequence of the interaction factors,clinic should help children establish good life habit,prevent the happening of the recurrent respiratory infections.%　　目的：探讨1~7岁儿童反复呼吸道感染状况及相关因素.方法：选择在笔者所在医院就诊的反复呼吸道感染的患儿254例，另选择健康儿童200例做对照，对比两组儿童各项因素差异.结果：病例组患儿家庭收入≥5000元儿童数(50.8%)显著高于对照组(28.5%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).病例组患儿早产、母乳喂养、哮喘、偏食、吸二手烟、滥用抗生素等与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：影响1~7岁儿童反复呼吸道感染是多因素共同作用的结果，应帮助儿童建立良好生活习惯，预防反复呼吸道感染的发生.
