探讨和总结脑血栓患者的安全护理经验

摘要

Objective:To study the safety care of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:82 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received conventional care,the experimental group were given safe care,observe and compare the nursing effect. Results:The experimental group patients to reduce the uncertainty in illness,improve sleep quality,improve Comfortable,compared with the control group(P<0.05);experimental group to improve nurse satisfaction,compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The safe care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage effect.%　　目的：研究分析安全护理对脑血栓患者的影响.方法：将82例脑血栓患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规护理，试验组给予安全护理，观察比较护理效果.结果：试验组患者疾病不确定感降低，睡眠质量提高，舒适度提高，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组对护士的满意度提高，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：对脑出血患者采用安全护理效果好.
