窄谱中波紫外线联合克银合剂治疗血热证型银屑病疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射联合口服中药克银合剂治疗血热证型银屑病的疗效及不良反应。方法：治疗组100例患者采用NB-UVB照射联合口服克银合剂治疗，对照组100例仅用NB-UVB照射治疗。结果：4周后治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为80.0%、52.0%，8周后总有效率分别为92.0%、63.0%，治疗组明显优于对照组，8周后总有效率明显优于4周后，两个疗程的总有效率明显高于一个疗程，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组皮肤瘙痒发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：窄谱中波紫外线照射联合克银合剂口服治疗血热证型银屑病疗效优于单用紫外线照射治疗，且能显著缓解紫外线照射所致的皮肤瘙痒，疗程宜8周。%Objective:To observe the effect of type blood-heat syndrome psoriasis treatment with narrow band ultraviolet B phototherapy combined Keyin Mixture.Method:100 patients in the treatment group with NB-UVB irradiation combined with oral Keyin Mixture,100 cases in the control group only with NB-UVB treatment.Result:After 4 weeks,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 80.0% and 52.0%,8 weeks after the total efficiency were 92.0% and 63.0%,the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,8 weeks after the total efficiency was significantly higher than that in 4 weeks,two courses of the total effective rate was more than one course of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group of pruritus was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrow band ultraviolet B irradiation effect of combined with Keyin Mixture of oral treatment type blood-heat syndrome psoriasis is better than single treatment with NB-UVB irradiation, and can significantly relieve skin itching caused by ultraviolet irradiation,treatment should be 8 weeks.
