手术患者术前焦虑心理干预研究

摘要

目的：探讨心理干预对于手术患者术前焦虑的临床应用价值。方法：选择手术患者年龄18~40岁的成年(无精神障碍)手术患者120例，手术以普外及产科手术为主，随机分为试验组和对照组，各60例，对照组患者进行常规术前访视。试验组患者在常规术前访视的基础上，进行焦虑心理评估、测量和心理干预。比较两组患者手术前30 min的血压、心率以及心理评估结果。结果：试验组患者术前血压及心率较对照组显著低(P<0.05)；SAS评分结果显示：试验组患者重度焦虑3例，中度焦虑5例，轻度焦虑10例，与对照组重度焦虑10例，中度焦虑18例，轻度焦虑24例相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：手术患者焦虑心理干预机制的建立和实施，可以充分缓解手术症患者焦虑的心理压力，确保患者手术过程中心理健康和尽早康复，此外，还可以提高患者手术后生活质量和生活满意度，促进医患沟通，促进基层医疗单位的服务质量的提升。%Objective:To investigate the clinical applications of the psychological intervention for patients undergoing preoperative anxiety. Method:120 surgical patients aged 18-40 years old adult(no mental disorder) from obstetric surgery and general surgery patients were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 60 patients.The control group patients carried routine preoperative visit.Experimental group patients carried anxiety assessment,measurement and psychological intervention based on the routine preoperative visit.Result:The preoperative blood pressure and heart rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).SAS score results showed the experimental group were 3 cases of severe anxiety,moderate anxiety in 5 cases,10 cases of mild anxiety,and control group of 10 cases of severe anxiety,moderate anxiety 18 cases,24 cases of mild anxiety there was a significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical intervention in patients with anxiety in the establishment and implementation mechanisms can fully relieve anxiety in surgical patients with psychological pressure to ensure that mental health patients during surgery and early rehabilitation,in addition,it also can improve the quality of life of patients after surgery and life satisfaction,and promote patient communication,and promote primary health care units to enhance the quality of service.
