经皮内镜下胃造瘘术在危重患者肠内营养中的临床应用价值

         

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical values of applying gastrostomy under endoscope in enteral nutrition of severe patients.Method:40 severe patients treated in our hospital from Jun 2013 to Apr 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group(15 cases) received conventional gastrostomy,the experimental group(25 cases) received gastrostomy under endoscope,clinical efficacy and nutrition status of two groups were observed.Result:The operation time,bleeding volume,total tube feed time,postoperative complications of experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,the body mass index(BMI) and serum albumin level of experimental group were significantly higher than control group,differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of applying gastrostomy under endoscope in enteral nutrition of severe patients is obvious,which has important application values in clinic.%目的:分析经皮内镜下胃造瘘术在危重患者肠内营养中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2013年6月-2014年4月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的40例危重患者,将其随机分成两组,对照组患者15例给予传统的外科手术胃造瘘术,试验组患者25例给经予皮内镜下胃造瘘术,观察两组患者临床治疗效果和营养状况。结果:试验组患者手术时间、出血量、管饲总时间、术后并发症发生率都明显低于对照组;手术后试验组的体质指数和血清白蛋白水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮内镜下胃造瘘术在危重患者肠内营养中起着显著临床治疗效果,在临床应用中具有重要价值。
