腹腔镜下行胃穿孔手术的临床分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic operation of gastric perforation.Method:54 cases of patients with gastric perforation in our hospital were randomly selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group treated with laparoscopic gastric perforation operation,while the control group was only given normal operation of gastric perforation repair.Result:By comparison,the effective rates of the treatment group was 96.29%,the control group was 74.07%.Thus,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of gastric perforation,in addition to effectively detect omissions or is outside the misdiagnosis of tumor laparoscopic gastric perforation operation,the treatment effect is very obvious,training time is relatively short,and the operation wound area is very small,in the clinical treatment of gastric perforation popularized value very therapy.%目的：探讨腹腔镜下行胃穿孔手术的临床疗效。方法：随机抽取在笔者所在医院接受治疗的54例胃穿孔患者为试验对象，随机均分为试验组和对照组，试验组使用腹腔镜胃穿孔手术，对照组只进行普通的胃穿孔手术修补。结果：试验组总有效率为96.29%，对照组总有效率为74.07%，试验组的治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜下治疗胃穿孔，除了能够有效地检测出遗漏或者是误诊的肿瘤以外，腹腔镜下行胃穿孔手术的治疗效果非常明显，修养时间要求也相对较短，并且手术的创伤面积很小，在胃穿孔的临床治疗中非常具有推广使用价值。
