改良术式与传统术式治疗甲状腺疾病的效果比较研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of improved surgical and traditional surgical in the treatment of thyroid disease.Method:92 patients with thyroid disease in our hospital from September 2011 to October 2013 were divided into the treatment group (n=46),treated with improved surgical and the control group(n=46),treated with traditional surgical.The patient satisfaction,observed indicators,adverse reactions and recurrence of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the satisfaction of the treatment group(86.96%) was higher than that of the control group(69.57%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The operative time,blood loss,treatment costs,postoperative drainage and hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reaction and recurrence rate of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved surgical in the treatment of thyroid diseases has significant clinical effect.%目的：对比分析改良术式与传统术式治疗甲状腺疾病的临床效果。方法：将2011年9月-2013年10月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的92例甲状腺疾病患者随机分为两组，治疗组46例应用改良术式治疗，对照组46例应用传统术式治疗，比较两组患者满意程度和各项观察指标，并比较两组术后不良反应与复发情况。结果：治疗后，治疗组的满意度为86.96%，高于对照组的69.57%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组手术时间、术中出血量、治疗费用、术后引流量及住院时间均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应发生率和复发率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：改良术式治疗甲状腺疾病的临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
