护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用

     

摘要

Objective:To research the effects of nurse hierarchical management on the promotion of nurse management quality and to summarize managerial experience.Method:165 nurses in our hospital were selected as the objects of study,carry out the hierarchical management on them,and to compare the nursing quality and satisfaction rate of patients before and after the implementation.Result:Before the implementation of hierarchical management mode,the indexes about basic nursing,ward management,high-quality nursing,and nursing adverse events were respectively as followed (90.02±7.33)points,(87.59±7.96) points,(86.64±8.27)points,and 18 times.After the implementation,respectively (96.76±6.57)points,(96.47±6.82)points,(95.87±7.34)points,and 2 times. Before the implementation,the satisfaction rate of patients was 73.94%,and after the implementation,the satisfaction rate was 94.55%.The differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nurse hierarchical management mode can promote nursing management quality effectively,and improve the nursing level,so it is worth learning widely.%目的:研究护士分层级管理对提升护理管理质量的作用,总结管理经验。方法:选取笔者所在医院165名护士作为研究对象,对其行分层级管理,比较实施前后护理质量与患者满意率。结果:分层级管理模式实施前基础护理、病房管理、优质护理、护理不良事件等指标分别为(90.02±7.33)分、(87.59±7.96)分、(86.64±8.27)分、18次,实施后分别为(96.76±6.57)分、(96.47±6.82)分、(95.87±7.34)分、2次;实施前患者满意率73.94%,实施后满意率94.55%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施护士分层级管理模式可有效提高护理管理质量,提升护理水平,值得广泛应用。
