6S在急诊护理管理中的应用

     

摘要

在急诊护理管理中实行6S管理,包括整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、安全、素养,将抢救室、治疗室、抢救车、办公区域纳入规范化管理,各科室制定相对应的奖惩制度,根据执行情况评定绩效,从而使工作环境整洁有序,急救器材及药品按不同分类固定摆放,定时检查维修、清理,使其处于备用状态;使急救流程得以优化,同时为患者创造了整洁、舒适的就医环境,有利于合理利用资源,减少科室成本支出,提高抢救成功几率,确保护理工作安全有效。因此6S管理适用于急诊护理管理。%The implementation of 6S management in emergency nursing management,including finishing,rectify,cleaning,cleaning,security, quality,there suscitation room,therapeutic room,rescue vehicles,office area and standardize the management,each department formulate corresponding rewards and punishment system,according to the implementation of the evaluation of performance,the working environment is neat and orderly,first aid equipment and medicines. According to different classification fixed laying,regular inspection repair,cleaning,so that it is in the standby state;the emergency process can be optimized,at the same time for patients to create a clean,comfortable environment,conducive to the rational use of resources,reduce the cost expenditure,increase the success probability,ensure the safe and effective operation.Therefore,6S is suitable for the management of emergency nursing management.
