光磁声控导航带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效

摘要

目的：研究胫骨骨折患者应用光磁声控导航带锁髓内钉治疗的临床效果，总结其临床应用价值。方法：选取2011年6月-2013年1月笔者所在医院收治的胫骨骨折患者78例，按随机双盲法将其分为试验组40例和对照组38例，试验组患者应用光磁声控导航带锁髓内钉治疗，对照组患者应用传统瞄准器定位法治疗，观察两组临床治疗效果。结果：两组患者临床总有效率均为100%，试验组手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、临床愈合时间分别为(62.81±12.44)min、(20.21±12.44)d、(13470.34±4184.47)元、(10.71±2.44)周，均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：光磁声控导航带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折，治疗效果满意，具有较高的临床应用价值，值得进一步推广。%Objective:To study the clinical effect of tibial fracture with magneto-optical voice-activated navigation lock intramedullary nail,summarizing the clinical application value.Method:From June 2011 to January 2013,78 cases of tibial fractures in our hospital were selected,according to the randomized double blind method they were divided into the experimental group(n=40) and the control group(n=38), the experimental group was treated with magneto-optical voice-activated navigation lock intramedullary nail,the control group was given traditional sight positioning method,the clinical effect of two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of two groups was 100%,the operation time,length of hospital stay,hospital expenses and clinical healing time of the experimental group were (62.81±12.44)min,(20.21±12.44)d,(13 470.34±4184.47)yuan,(10.71±2.44)weeks,the above indicators were superior to the control group,there were statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tibial fracture treated with magneto-optical voice-activated navigation lock intramedullary nail has good effect,high clinical value,is worthy of further promotion.
