社区护理对COPD患者的影响

摘要

目的：探讨社区护理对控制慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者发作和生活能力的影响。方法：42例有活动能力、常反复发作的慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为两组，对照组给予一般的定期随访，护理组给予每两周1~2次上门服务指导护理与预防知识的社区护理，1年后，对两组发作住院次数、护理前后生活能力进行比较。结果：护理组发作住院次数少于对照组，生活能力优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：社区护理能降低COPD患者发作，减少住院次数，改善患者生存质量。%Objective:To study the influence of attack and living ability of the community nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:42 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control was given regular follow-up,the nursing group was given 1-2 times every door-to-door service guide nursing and prevention knowledge per two weeks.After 1 years the repeated attacks and life ability before and after nursing were compared in the two groups.Result:the attacks frequency in nursing group was significantly less than that in control group, the ability of life was better in nursing group than that in control group,the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing for COPD patients can reduce the attack,reduce the times of hospitalization,improve the quality of life of patients.
