快速康复治疗模式在腹腔镜结直肠癌治疗中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者围手术期治疗中快速康复治疗模式对比标准治疗是否具有优势。方法：选取2009年2月-2013年12月笔者所在医院收治的28例行腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者(快速康复组)，采用快速康复治疗模式，与同期开展的30例采用标准处理方案的患者(对照组)进行对比分析。结果：快速康复组和对照组所有患者均完成手术无中转开腹。快速康复组总住院时间、术后住院时间、住院费用明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组再手术率、再入院率、并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者围手术期采用快速康复治疗措施可以减少住院时间及治疗费用，值得临床推广。%Objective:To investigate the perioperation period of rectal cancer with laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with rapid rehabilitation treatment compared to the standard model has a comparative advantage.Method:From February 2009 to December 2013 selected based in author’s hospital of 28 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery patients(rapid rehabilitation group),and adopts the model of rapid rehabilitation,with the same period of 30 cases with a standard treatment scheme of patients(control group) were analyzed.Result:Fast rehabilitation group and control group,all patients completed the operation without conversion to laparotomy. Fast rehabilitation group total hospitalization time,postoperative hospital stay,cost of hospitalization were significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The re operation rate,re hospitalization rate,complication rate of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer patients with perioperative measures to promote rapid rehabilitation can reduce the length of stay and cost of treatment,is worth the clinical promotion.
