78例高龄食管癌患者术后护理干预分析

摘要

目的：探讨分析护理干预对于高龄食管癌患者术后恢复所产生的影响。方法：选取2010年1月-2012年2月笔者所在医院收治的78例高龄食管癌患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组，各39例。对照组给予术后常规护理，试验组给予全程护理干预，比较两组患者术后心理状态及并发症发生情况。结果：试验组负面心理状态发生率、术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：完善的护理干预措施，如心理护理、饮食调节及保证胃肠通常等，对于改善患者心理状态、降低高龄食管癌患者术后并发症发生率效果显著，值得在临床推广应用。%Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative recovery for senior patients with esophageal cancer.Method:78 cases of senior patients with esophageal cancer were treated from January 2010 to January 2012 in author’s hospital,by using the method to random number table was divided into control group and experimental group, 39 cases each.Control group given routine nursing care, postoperative treatment group given the whole nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with postoperative mental state and its complications.Result:Experimental group negative psychological state, postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group, the incidence of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Excellent nursing intervention measures can improve the psychological state, reduce the postoperative complications in senior patients with esophageal cancer significantly, worthy of clinical application.
