应用伤害控制骨科学原则诊治骨科严重多发创伤100例临床分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the damage control in the treatment of orthopedic bone scientific principles severe multiple trauma application results. Method:100 cases of patients with severe multiple trauma from January 2008 to December 2012 in the author’s hospital were selected,all patients in the clinical treatment of bone injury control scientific principles are guiding principles for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with the clinical diagnosis data were analyzed retrospectively. Result:Issue of surgical treatment for the average time (56.4±18.0)minutes,the average intraoperative blood loss (186.4±74.2)ml. Second stage surgery average time (130.5±20.0) minutes,the average intraoperative blood loss (410.0±70.1)ml.Death occurred in 5 cases and 10 cases of complications, follow-up period,there was no other long-term complications,patients obtained satisfactory condition in fracture healing.Conclusion:The application of scientific principles of diagnosis and treatment of bone damage control orthopedics concurrent severe trauma can actually reduce the risk of early surgical treatment to improve the effectiveness of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and promote the process of rehabilitation of patients,higher value,can be widely applied.%目的：分析探讨伤害控制骨科学原则在诊治骨科严重多发创伤中的应用效果。方法：选取2008年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的100例严重多发创伤患者，所有患者临床治疗过程中均以伤害控制骨科学原则为指导原则进行诊治，就患者临床诊治资料进行了回顾性分析。结果：一期手术治疗平均用时(56.4±18.0)min，术中平均出血量(186.4±74.2)ml；二期手术平均用时(130.5±20.0)min，术中平均出血量(410.0±70.1)ml；发生5例死亡与10例并发症，随访期间未发生其他远期并发症，患者对骨折愈合状况较为满意。结论：应用伤害控制骨科学原则诊治骨科严重并发创伤可以切实降低早期手术治疗的风险，提高临床诊治效果，推进患者康复进程，应用价值较高，可以推广应用。
