治神调脾胃法针刺治疗失眠40例

摘要

目的：观察治神调脾胃法针刺治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法：以北京市海淀区甘家口社区卫生服务中心针灸科就诊的失眠患者为观察对象，予针刺百会、四神聪、神庭、本神、神门、内关、足三里、三阴交、天枢、气海、中脘、太冲。采用自身前后对照的方法，分别在治疗前和治疗后对患者进行PQSI、SAS、SDS评分，来评价临床疗效。结果：经针刺治疗后，治疗前后PSQI、SAS、SDS评分比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：治神调脾胃法针刺治疗失眠在临床上疗效显著，值得推广。%Objective:Observed therapeutical effect of needling in treating spirit and the Spleen and Stomach Meridian to improve insomnia. Method:Patients treated in the Ganjiakou community health service center were the objects of observation.Mainly points of observations were Baihui,Sishencong, Shenting,Benshen,Shenmen,Neiguan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Tianshu,Qihai,Zhongwan and Taichong.After a period of treatment,accorded to compare the patients'PQSI,SAS and SDS scores before and after the treatment,the clinical curative effect of needling was evaluated.Result:The PSQI,SAS,SDS score comparison before and after the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of needling in treating spirit and the Spleen and Stomach Meridian is remarkable.
