心血管内科临床护理风险分析与对策研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the common care risk and cardiovascular medicine of cardiovascular mdicine.Method:54 cases with care risk of cardiovascular medicine in our hospital were studied,retrospectively analyzed the risk events and nursing care risk factors,analyzed the nursing strategy. Result:The risk events of 54 cases inculuded falling down,falling out of bed,wrong replacement of the liquid,nursing disputes and specimens sent errors. Risk factors included nursing care factors(61.1%),patients and their families factors(16.7%),drug and medical device factors(11.1%),other factors (11.1%). Conclusion:The nursing in cardiovascular medicine has higher risks,influenced by many factors.It should be overall enhanced care risk management,improve quality of care,to minimize the care risk.%目的：探讨心血管内科常见护理风险及护理对策。方法：收集笔者所在医院心血管内科住院发生护理风险的54例患者，回顾分析其护理风险事件发生情况及护理风险因素，探讨护理对策。结果：本组54例患者中的风险事件包括跌倒、坠床、换错液体、护患纠纷及标本送检错误等。护理风险因素包括护理人员因素(61.1%)、患者及其家属因素(16.7%)、药物及医疗器械因素(11.1%)、其他因素(11.1%)。结论：心血管内科护理工作中有较高的风险，影响因素较多，应全面加强护理风险管理，提高护理质量，最大限度地降低护理风险。
