结肠镜单人操作法的技巧应用体会

摘要

Objective:To investigate the operation of colonoscopy single skill application.Method:To analyze and summarize the operating techniques and skills of single person operation for 3588 cases.Result:There were 3236 cases inserted into the ileocecal in 3588 cases,the success rate of ileocecal inserted was 90.2%,with one case of intestinal perforation complications.Conclusion:Colonoscopy single person operation to maintain as long as faithfully fulfill axis shortening method and straightening mirror operating skills,through a certain number of cases of practical operation,it will be able to realize the transition from beginners to skilled.%目的：探讨结肠镜单人操作法的技巧应用。方法：对结肠镜单人操作法3588例的操作技术和技巧进行分析总结。结果：3588例中，有3236例插至回盲部，插至回盲部成功率90.2%，有1例发生肠穿孔。结论：结肠镜单人操作只要忠实履行轴保持短缩法和取直镜的操作技巧，通过一定病例数的实践操作，就能真正实现从初学者到熟练者的转变。
