阑尾炎术后的护理体会

摘要

目的：对阑尾炎术后的护理情况进行研究分析。方法：选取在笔者所在医院进行治疗的84例阑尾炎患者，将其分为两组，每组42例。对照组患者进行一般护理观察，而试验组患者采用全方位精心护理，比较并观察两组患者护理后的感染率及并发症发生率。结果：试验组并发症发生率(4.76%)明显低于对照组(30.95%)，试验组切口感染率(7.14%)亦明显低于对照组(33.33%)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：阑尾炎手术经护理后发现，试验组采取全方位精心护理比对照组采用一般护理观察的效果显著，降低了感染率、并发症发生率，使患者术后不良症状明显减轻，安全可行，在临床上可以广泛应用。%Objective:To analyse the appendicitis postoperative care situation.Method:84 cases with appendicitis in our hospital were divided into control group(n=42) and experimental group(n=42).Control group was given general nursing,while experimental group was treated with full intensive care. Comparing the incidence of complications and wound infections.Result:The incidence of complications of experimental group(4.76%) was significantly lower than control group(30.95%),the wound infection rate of experimental group(7.14%) was significantly lower than control group(33.33%),there were statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of appendicitis surgery and found that experimental group holistic careful nursing care than control group using the general observation of a significant effect,reducing the infection rate,complication rate,significantly reduced postoperative adverse symptoms,safe and feasible,it can be widely used clinically.
