脑结核瘤的诊断与外科治疗

摘要

Objective:To explore the principle of diagnosis and treatment of brain tuberculoma.Method:The clinical data of 15 patients with brain tuberculoma were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical characteristics and the operation modes of treatment were analyzed.Result:All 15 patients were diagnosed by the intraoperative pathological examination.There were 13 cases with operation resection and 2 cases with partial resection,and all patients were treated with antituberculosis drugs after operation.Patients were followed up from 3 to 24 months,and 1 patient happened hydrocephalus and did ventricular peritoneal shunt, and other patients recovered.Conclusion:The correct understanding about the clinical characteristics of brain tuberculoma can reduce the misdiagnosis rate of this disease,and the operation resection combined with antituberculosis drugs can improve the cure rate of brain tuberculoma.%目的：探讨脑结核瘤的诊断与治疗原则。方法：回顾性分析15例脑结核瘤患者的病例资料，分析其临床特点及手术治疗方式。结果：15例患者经术中病检均得以确诊，手术全切13例，部分切除2例，术后均予正规的抗结核药物治疗。术后随访3~24个月，1例患者发生脑积水而行脑室-腹腔分流术，其余患者痊愈。结论：正确认识脑结核瘤的临床特点可以降低对该病的误诊率，手术切除结合抗结核药物可以提高脑结核瘤的治愈率。
