心脏B超和心电图在高血压性心脏病诊断中的应用分析

摘要

目的：探讨心脏B超和心电图在高血压性心脏病诊断中的应用价值。方法：选取2009年10月-2012年10月笔者所在医院收治的100例高血压性心脏病患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，对比分析心脏B超和心电图的诊断价值及其效果。结果：心脏B超检出左室肥厚32例，检出率为32%；心电图检出左室肥厚22例，检出率为22%。心脏B超检出率高于心电图检出率。结论：心脏B超诊断高血压性心脏病优于心电图，具有敏感性高、观察全面等优点，值得临床推广使用。%Objective:To explore cardiac B-ultrasound and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Method:Selection from October 2009 to October 2012,the author’s hospital treated 100 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, cardiac ultrasound contrast analysis and the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram and its effect.Result:Left entricular hypertrophy on cardiac B-ultrasound detection 32 cases,detection rate was 32%;Electrocardiogram detected with left ventricular hypertrophy and 22 cases,detection rate of 22%.Cardiac B-ultrasound detection rate higher than that of ecg detection rate.Conclusion:Cardiac ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease is better than that of electrocardiogram,has the advantages of high sensitivity,observe comprehensively,worth clinical promotion use.
