补中益气汤联合四物汤治疗剖宫产术后便秘疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察补中益气汤联合四物汤加减治疗剖宫产术后便秘的疗效。方法：选取2014年3月-2015年3月在笔者所在医院行剖宫产术的84例患者，将84例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组42例。治疗组予补中益气汤联合四物汤加减治疗，对照组予苁蓉通便口服液治疗，两组同时采用饮食运动等辅助治疗，观察比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组的愈转率为90.5%明显高于对照组的73.8%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：补中益气汤加减联合四物汤治疗剖宫产术后便秘疗效明确，值得推广。%Objective:To observe the curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction in treatment of constipation after cesarean section.Method:84 patients after cesarean section with constipation in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected,and they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction,the control group was treated with Congrongtongbian oral liquid,at the same time the two groups were used the adjuvant therapy such as diet movement,the curative effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The rate of turn in the treatment group was 90.5%,which was significantly higher than 73.8% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction in treatment of constipation after cesarean section is clear,so it is worth for further clinical promotion.
