Beckman-coulterAC.T5diff血液分析仪白细胞研究参数在白血病筛查中的应用

摘要

Objective:To analysis the application value of Beckman coulter- AC.T5diff blood analyzer white blood cells in leukemia research parameters screening.Method:120 cases of patients with leukemia during screening were collected in the hospital from January 2011 to December 2014, they were carried out artificial microscope recheck.comparing white blood cell sresearch results with the test results.Result:The detection rate of the huge immature cells of the primitive cells with abnormal lymphocyte prompt group was 83.02%,which was significantly higher than the other three groups, there were statistically significant(P<0.05).And 8 cases of specimens in huge immature cells with abnormal lymphocytes group,the parameters of two new studies were greater than 5% of the specimens of 7 cases,the original cells using artificial lens can be found in 6 cases,which contains 4 cases of leukemia patients diagnosed.Conclusion:As the application of Beckman coulter - AC T5diff leucocyte blood analyzer parameter in leukemia screening, it can enhance the accuracy in leukemia screening,guarantee the patients receiving treatment in a timely manner,to effectively control patients,ensure the safety of patient's life,so it has a very high application value.%目的：探析Beckman-coulter AC.T5diff血液分析仪白细胞研究参数在白血病筛查中的应用价值。方法：收集笔者所在医院2011年1月-2014年12月期间白血病筛查的120例患者，开展人工显微镜复检，对比患者白细胞研究参数分布结果与检查结果。结果：巨大不成熟细胞与异常淋巴细胞提示组的原始细胞检出率是83.02%，明显高于其他三组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且巨大不成熟细胞与异常淋巴细胞提示组中的8例标本中，两项研究参数均>5%的标本7例，原始细胞采用人工镜就能够发现的有6例，其中含有4例确诊是白血病的患者。结论：Beckman-coulter AC.T5diff血液分析仪白细胞研究参数在白血病筛查中的应用，能够提高白血病筛查的准确率，保证患者及时接受治疗，以有效控制患者病情，保障患者的生命安全，具有很高的应用价值。
