表格式程序化护理在无痛肠镜检查中的应用

摘要

Objective:To observe service effects of table format programed nursing care in painless enteroscopy.Method:187 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy and received table format programed nursing care meanwhile were set as the observation group,while 124 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy and received routine nursing care meanwhile were set as the control group. The statistics of satisfaction rates of doctors and patients to the nursing work were compared between the two groups using the same satisfaction questionnaire.Result:The patients in the two groups were able to cooperate to complete the inspection. No serious postoperative adverse reactions were found. The satisfaction rate of doctors and patients to the nursing work in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For painless enteroscopy,the nursing work based on the content of procedural nursing tables before,during and after the inspection can further improve the nursing service effect.%目的：观察表格式程序化护理在无痛肠镜检查中的护理服务效果。方法：将采用表格式程序化护理方法配合完成无痛肠镜检查患者187例设为观察组，将按常规基础护理方法配合完成无痛肠镜检查患者124例设为对照组。采用相同的满意度调查表，比较两组间医生、患者对护理工作的满意率统计情况。结果：两组患者均能配合完成检查，术后无严重不良反应，观察组医生、患者对护理工作满意率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在进行无痛肠镜检查中，按照既定的程序化护理表格中内容进行检查前、中、后开展护理工作，可进一步提高护理服务效果。
