脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2浓度与抑郁症相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)浓度与抑郁症的相关性。方法：检测101例抑郁症患者(病例组)和116例正常健康人(对照组)血浆PLA2的浓度，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估抑郁症患者抑郁症状，分析抑郁症患者HAMD评分与血浆PLA2浓度的相关性。结果：病例组血浆PLA2浓度为(175.2±96.7)ng/ml水平明显低于对照组的(228.7±112.7)ng/ml(P<0.001)。抑郁症患者血浆PLA2浓度与HAMD评分无明显相关性(r=0.058，P=0.56)。结论：血浆PLA2的浓度增高可能与抑郁症的发病有关，但与抑郁症状严重程度无明显相关性。%Objective:To investigate the correlation between lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 concentration(LP-PLA2) and major depressive disorder.Method:The concentrations of plasma PLA2 were measured in 101 patients with major depressive disorder (the case group) and 116 healthy controls (the control group).The 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) was used to evaluate clinical depressive symptom.Result:The plasma PLA2 concentrations in the case group was (175.2±96.7)ng/ml and was significant lower than (228.7±112.7)ng/ml in the control group(P<0.001).The plasma PLA2 concentrations was not correlated with HAMD scores in depressant patients(r=0.058,P=0.56).Conclusion:These data provide a possibility that decreased level of plasma PLA2 concentration may play a role in the pathogenesis of depression,although there is no correlation with the severity of depressive symptoms.
